Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 · Provided by HexaHub Business Services
1. Who provides chatworx
chatworx and the website at chatworx.cc are provided by HexaHub Business Services, registered in Pakistan ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the business that uses chatworx ("you") and everyone it gives access. By using chatworx, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. Accounts
- Your plan, its limits and its fees are agreed with us before your account is set up.
- Your account admins decide who can use the account and what each person can do. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Keep sign-in details private, and tell us straight away if you think someone has misused them.
3. Your data
Your messages, contacts and other content belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide chatworx to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your end users' data, including any consent the law or a messaging channel requires.
4. How we process your data
When we handle personal data for you, you are the controller and we are your processor. This section is our data processing agreement with you, and it applies automatically. The data, people and purposes involved are described in our Privacy Policy, and processing lasts while you use chatworx. We will:
- process your data only on your instructions, which are these terms and how you use chatworx;
- make sure our staff who can access it are bound to keep it confidential;
- protect it with reasonable security measures;
- use other providers (such as hosting) only when needed, under terms that protect your data;
- help you respond to requests from people about their data, and with your own data protection duties where needed;
- tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach involving your data;
- transfer your data to other countries only with appropriate safeguards where the law requires them;
- delete or return your data when your account closes, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- give you the information you reasonably need to check that we keep these commitments.
5. Messaging channels
When you connect a channel such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or email, you must also follow that provider's terms, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Providers may limit or suspend your use of their channel, and we are not responsible for their decisions or their outages.
6. Fair use
You must not use chatworx to:
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- send unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive content;
- offer goods or services that a connected messaging provider's policies do not allow;
- break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy rights;
- try to access other accounts, test or bypass our security, or disrupt the service;
- go beyond your plan's limits, or let anyone outside your organisation use your account, without our agreement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, or when a messaging provider or the law requires it.
7. Availability
We work to keep chatworx running and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or updates, and we will try to give notice when we can. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, chatworx is provided "as is".
8. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through our contact form. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Before your account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your data. We then delete your account's data as set out in section 4. See our Data Deletion page.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data, arising from using chatworx. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute goes to the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as chatworx changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using chatworx after that, the new terms apply.
12. Questions
Use our contact form for any question about these terms.
